Making an Offer
Desirable properties will receive plenty of interest therefore it’s best to devour your interest by making a prompt offer. When the offer and a reservation fee has been attained, the property will be removed from the open market and Adamson Knight Estate Agent’s will make the necessary steps in obtaining documents from you. These are; references, ID Checks, credit checks and we will require signatures for the assured short-hold tenancy agreement, and this agreement will need to be signed by all parties.
Once this has been devised, Adamson Knight will request and process payment of your tenancy monies and a move in date will be confirmed.
